My system of working is unique, an evolution of two decades of working at top level within both the public and private sectors, and with entrepeneurs and SMEs.

People are unique and problems are complex. Lasting solutions require a coach with experience, insight and understanding. My work is underpinned by a deep understanding of psychology, human behaviour and coaching theory, and my personal background as a businesswoman and entrepreneur.

I offer a stimulating, enjoyable and confidential 1:1 coaching process. I understand the pressure that comes with working at senior level. Simply improving your personal effectiveness and productivity is not enough for me. My aim is to consolidate your sense of purpose and personal wellbeing, transforming your experience of working life.​

I am here to remove stress, not add to it, so your coaching sessions don’t require any preparation and there is no homework. The changes you make take place during and after the sessions without you having to proactively remember to do anything differently. It’s not magic (though it’s been described like that); it’s just good coaching.
